My fiance got rejected for an F1 2 weeks ago. On grounds that she did not prove that she would return to her country after school finishes. They said try again in 6 months.
I work in NY on a H1-B. We are going to get married in 4 weeks time. She will then be entiled to H4 visa. She didn't mention that she had a fiance in her previos application for the F1.
Will the fact that she got rejected for the F1 have any bearing on her geting her h4 ? What grounds could they reject her on ? Has any one gone through a similar experience and could share.
