Is this your monthly income? (US $ 4650) If it is your annual income, there is every chance you will get rejected.
What is annual tuition and other fees for Phil U?
What is your GMAT/TOEFL score just for INFO

You can try 2nd time, with bank letter showing the sufficeient fund. However, it is up to Sr. counsel. Usually they will not over ride their junior counsel decision.

Second advise for

I'm sorry to hear about your rejection for visa .I'm saying this I have gone through this myself. let me tell u that getting a visa is mostly luck because i think u answered most of the questions very sensibly. My brother and myself allpied for the F-1 visa at the same time and but I got it easily but my brother was rejected. He said that he got confused and also the officer didnt asked for the financial documents .Instead of re applying my brother appealed the decision stating the officer didnt gave enough time to justify himself.By the way we r from pakistan. The US consulate send a letter to my brother stating that the officer was right but they gave my brother second oppurtunity to come for another interview. The letter also said that the second calling doesnt confirm the issuance of visa but he has to go through all the interview process again. Guess wat happened same lady which which refused him the visa first time granted him the visa exactly 1 month after the 1st interview. i dont know whether appeals r allowed in india or not but call the consulate and ask them.Wish u good luck

Hey, Thanks....

Hey Thanks a Million Guys for your instant replies and your suggestions..... I will let you know what happens next.....

As you asked my Total 2 years fees will be about (649 $ x 33 Credits = 21417 $)..... and my TOEFL Score is 267/300 and GMAT is 440/800.. which the consulate never asked.... !

Keep in coming your suggestions.. Thank you very much again !...

Best Regards
Hardik
