F1 Rejected - H4 Chances ???

Hi,
I want to know the chances of getting an H4 stamping for a person
who has a F1 rejection? F1 was rejected due to an intent to potential immigration (221 g).
Please let me know asap.

my wife had no issues at all for her h4 stamping even though her f1 was rejected 3 times.also please note that myself and mywife were present in the interview with mine being h1 revalidation.

H4 is a dependent visa.. like F2 or whatever..

I think the chances of getting rejected for H4 because of F1 rejection is very low.
