F1+Port of Entry + please help urgent

Hai this is basha

i am now in France in a student visa, I got US F1 visa for 5 year in July 2006, for Fall 2006 semester but due to health problem i havnt attended that semester, I wanted to attend in August 2007, is that possible to attend the school with the same visa?

And i have one more problem, i was having UK valid Visit visa, Recently I applied for Student visa for UK, but they rejected me and cancelled my visit visa also. they are not satisfied with my answers. They thought i will be a potential immigrant.

my question is If i leave US in July for Fall 2007 intake, is there any problem in the port of Entry about UK cancelled visa

you need to get a deferred acceptance in the US school and get a new I-20. I do believe that you can use the same F-1 visa with a new I-20.
