f1 out of status, plzzzzzz help

Hi,
I am out of status for nearly 10months, as i was pregnant and was sick(but could'nt get a letter from doc) i stopped going to collg from my 4th sem, now it is 10months, now i heard i cant apply for reinstatement. is there anything else i can do? or can i be called legal thru my baby who was born here. may not be possible ... i may sound silly .... but just a doubt ...

talk to ur school DSO explain ur situation and see if they can issue u a new I20 then u need to exit and reenter the USA on a new I94 thats it

Hi Venki, i contacted my DSO and they said i can get my I-20. but if i leave the country, will there be any problem at port of entry(NY) at all?? what will they ask me? what should be my reasons?? plzz help me ... is there a chance for them to ask me to go back to india?? plzz answer my questions soon .... kindly ....

i just read ur previous messages, u somewhat r in same situation i see, what did u do with urs? did u go to india or any other country and got thru the POE perfect?? if so what r ur reasons u had given in the POE? did they question u? plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz guide me .... and can we also go to canada and return back? is it ok??
