Hi all,
I came here on January 2003 for my Masters in CS. However I got an internship in a company here in US where I worked during summer (The company I had worked for 1 year in India before coming for my MS). Then later after my internship, they have offered me a job and have started processing my H1.

My question is I still do not have MS and during May 2004 when I plan to go to India I would like to get it stamped. But as you all know the fear of getting rejected for stamping. So do u think its safe for me to travel now to India and try getting H1 stamp befoe starting to work.(Even if H1 gets rejected, I always have F1 and then get the H1 again after completing my MS. I want to know if any problems are created during stamping if we came here for studies, did not complete studies but started working on H1.

Please advise,
Thanks.

Well you will have to risk it, since if they find that you have discontinued or intent (by accepting employment) to discontinue studies , the F1 will also be revoked.

Thanks Jaxen..
So what do u advise me to do in this kind of a situation.accept the employment if I get H1? and then go later to get it stamped?

Please let me know.

Thanks
