As I understand, many members in this forum have coverted from F1 to H1. I guess some of you can help me here...
I am F1 ( COS from F2). I will be graduating in Dec 2004 and I have already applied for my OPT. I have job in place for duration of my OPT.
I plan to go to my home country after I graduate i.e. Dec 2004. However my husband is on H1-B. While returning back, I will have to visa stamp.
My questions are:
1. Will my husband's status as H1 hamper my chances of getting a F1 visa? I am not clear on the intent thing...
2. Are the requirements still the same for showing assets in home country? I have paid all my tuition and everything.
3. Can I go to Tihuana and get my visa stamped?
