Hi all,
I entered the US in 2000 on a F-1 Visa. I was enrolled full-time until Sept 2002. I went back to India and returned to the same school in May 2004 on a new I-20/new admission, but continuing my previous course of study.
I will be graduating in December 2004. Am I eligible for OPT after I graduate? My school's DSO refuses to approve my OPT application. She says I need to be full time enrolled for atleast 2 semesters to be eligible.
But I don't have 2 semesters, since all my course work would be complete by December!!
Please help. I'd greatly appreciate any advise in this matter. Thanks in advance.
