F1-OPT-H1 -- Please Advice

I came to US for my Masters. Then changed my status from F1 to H1. my H1 got approved in 2006 under masters quota. I finished my degree requirements in Oct'07 and got my course completion card recently. I can get my recent transcript but, it will not say as I completed my degree(because this is middle of semester). I can get a letter from Grad school saying "I will be awarded with the degree in December". I need to go to India and so, planning to go for my stamping in Mexico. Will it be an issue if I don't have degree certificate and transcript(with out "degree completed" mentioned on my transcript). Please let me know your valuable suggestions.

Thanks for the suggestion.
One more question is are you asking me to wait until my degree is awarded on the transcripts?? or till i get my degree certificate. That would be 4 months of time to get my degree certificate.
