F1 OPT can work on other field?

Hi,
Is there any body know with the OPT working permission can I work on other field? I am a graduate in Computer Science, can I work in hospital as a technician which is not computer related?
Any response will be appreciated.

OPT is approved for employment in similar field.

However where you worked is not a Q asked by INS at any time(even in the future :H1, GC). It all depends on whether you know the meaning of the word "spin":))
