Is there any body know with the OPT working permission can I work on other field? I am a graduate in Computer Science, can I work in hospital as a technician which is not computer related?
Any response will be appreciated.

OPT should be preferably related to your graduation major. In future if you apply for H1 based immigration then the issue of relevant work experience can come up for labor etc. You can try to show thru some employer letter that even though you were working in a hospital you were using your Comp Sci skills in your work.
