I am currently on f1 and my fiancee who is on f1, withdrew from all her classes for the spring semester to head back to india. She will be leaving for India soon. We plan on getting married in April and apply for her f2 visa too.
Would there be any problem during the f2 visa interview if we get married in the US so that I can request the f2 i-20 from my university right away instead of waiting for it until after we have gotten married in India ? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
