f1 illegal now married citizen green card apply how???

i came on f1 visa stayed here 2 yrs i went to skool for 3 yrs then stopped caz of sum probs and i got married be4 visa expired and now three months later want to apply for green card in nyc plz help i dunno how to start.can i still apply:mad:

as long as you entered the US legally, it doesn't matter that you over stayed your visa if you are attempting to get GC via marriage. You should consult a laywer as there may be a small fine to pay. In anycase you should start your filing process by determining what forms you need from the USCIS website.

One thing that may cause an issue is "never never went to skool (school)". During AOS, the adjudicating officer may look at that very careful and in the worst case may accuse you of commiting visa fraud since you entered the US under the pretence of being a student and never became one. Ironically, had you entered on a B-2 and simply overstayed, you situation would have been a little less complicated in my opinion.
