F1 Holder marrying Permanet Resident

Hiii
I am on the Student Visa and i just married with a guy who is Permanet Resident.What process should i follow to change my status?? Do he needs to File I-130 Petition and I -485(Adjustment Status) at the same time?? What should be the step by step process for that...Can he file I-130 from any INS office in the USA...What's the processing time for California Service Center.I heard that California takes less time for proceedings (He is rightnow doing a job in CA,..He was living in TX before for 3 years)

it won't matter how long it takes to process it. He can only file I-130 for you, and you cannot file I-485 until he becomes a citizen or until a visa number is available to you (about 5 years from filing date). You have to maintain F-1 status all this time. If he lives in CA, he will have to file with CA service center.
 
F1 re-entry to US: potential problem?

Hi,
I am a permanent resident (green card holder) of U.S. I will be eligible to apply for citizenship by Aug 2009. My fiancee and I intend to get married in Dec '08. I've read many blogs here suggesting this can pose a problem since a F1 student marrying a GC holder can be seen as "immigration intent". Is that true? Also, is there any way for the immigration folks @ the airport to figure out that we are married if we DO NOT show we are married. Please advice.
