Had a few questions about f1 and h1b visas

1. Is there any way for an f1 visa student to get a credit card in the US?
2. Are f1 visa student's scholarships taxed?
3. To get an h1b, a prospective employee needs to have the right degree (bachelor, masters, etc.). However, as an f1 student, if I'm hired months before my graduation, I won't yet have a degree. Can I still apply for an h1-b?
4. Are law students part of the regular 65k h1b cap or can be considered part of the 20k cap for US masters/doctorate students?
5. Can your post-grad. OPT be extended while you have an h1b application pending?
6. If you are rejected for h1b due to the cap one year, is your application on a waitlist for the next cycle/year, or do you have reapply again the next year with a brand new application?

2. Are f1 visa student's scholarships taxed? If the schlorship is for Tuition fees no tax, but for living expenses etc taxable at the rate of 30%. To get an h1b, a prospective employee needs to have the right degree (bachelor, masters, etc.). However, as an f1 student, if I'm hired months before my graduation, I won't yet have a degree. Can I still apply for an h1-b? NO. you must have BS or MS before applying your H1
4. Are law students part of the regular 65k h1b cap or can be considered part of the 20k cap for US masters/doctorate students? If you have JD then you go under 20K cap5. Can your post-grad. OPT be extended while you have an h1b application pending? OPT can not be extended beyond the approved period.6. Your application will be returned (fees too). You need to apply again.
