My F-1 OPT expires Aug-2006 and I am traveling to India this April. I got my H1B approval yesterday.
I am wondering if I am eligible for Emergency Appointment in India. VFS web site says 'H and L visa renewals for applicants who are already working in the U.S and are returning to their jobs.'.
