Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and I appreciate all of you that help people have the same problems.
We have a situation. I'm in USA and I get approved for EB5 and waiting my I-485 & Interview date. My fiancee is getting here on F1 on May. What happens if we get married here? We just want to be together and for personal reasons I can not go back to my home country. I know it takes at least 4years for her to receive her GC. Her F1 is valid for 1year. Can she extend her F1 here if we get married? Like attending a new school or program after one is finished?
