Hello,
I need some advice on my situation.
I am from India presently in Canada on a study permit.
I got an F1 visa in August 2003 to do MBA in the US, but i didnt go to the US.
Came to canada instead to do the MBA.
I also applied for a vistors visa ( B2 ) at the Toronto consulate and was granted the B2 visa for 3 months ( August 04 to Nov 04 )
Again I did not enter the US at all.
I also applied for the H1B thru an employer which has been approved and I am planning to go to the Toronto Consulate for the H1B stamping in early January.
My student permit in Canada expires in end of January..
I just wanted some feedback on the chances of my H1B getting rejected since I didnt enter the US on the 2 earlier visas ( F1 and B2 )
Am i just worried for nothing OR should i prepare some answers for such questions?
Thanks and regards
Imor
