Hello,

I need some advice on my situation.
I am from India presently in Canada on a study permit.

I got an F1 visa in August 2003 to do MBA in the US, but i didnt go to the US.
Came to canada instead to do the MBA.

I also applied for a vistors visa ( B2 ) at the Toronto consulate and was granted the B2 visa for 3 months ( August 04 to Nov 04 )

Again I did not enter the US at all.

I also applied for the H1B thru an employer which has been approved and I am planning to go to the Toronto Consulate for the H1B stamping in early January.

My student permit in Canada expires in end of January..

I just wanted some feedback on the chances of my H1B getting rejected since I didnt enter the US on the 2 earlier visas ( F1 and B2 )

Am i just worried for nothing OR should i prepare some answers for such questions?

Thanks and regards
Imor

You should not have problems just because you did not use the visa.
If they ask you tell them that you joined school in Canada and wanted to travel and visit friends in the USA which never materialised.
