F-4 Visa Category

hey guys, i heard that no since that the f-4 category has reached january 1 1995, the visa ppl r gonna call anyone who applied in 1995 for visa appointment. i dunno but doesnt sound fair 2 some and sounds very good for some, and also the f-4 visa category dates will be flying. so i just wanted to ask others if they heard this news or similar, so plz post. thnkx
 
it came in the gujarat samachar newspaper which gets printed in newyork or new jersey. i havnt gotten the copy of tht paper yet, but when i read it ill get back to let you know of wht exactly are they saying. also r u sure that for india's F-4 category is going by faster than any one elses????? :D
 
thnkx, i check tht site every month, but i dont check for others, so i didnt know which one's moving faster than the other. thankyou anyways. :)

As a note aside, try and use the correct term for the visa category you are referring to. There is no such thing as a F4 visa in the sense you are talking about - you are referring to preference categories.

India is behind the World-Wide dates but the good thing for them is they were not affected by the recent retrogression. However, it may happen for the September bulletin because the numbers are drawing near and the country limits are close. After the current fiscal year and the begining of the new fiscal year (October) things hopefully will clear up. Retrogression is tough and it can happen to any country making the wait longer. India takes 10-15 years for the F4 catagory, the only thing a person can do is be patient.
 
august 15 is independence day for india, sare jahe se acha hindustan hamara. :) well its not tht bad so far, cause india's preference category f4 jumped 3 months. so i guess september bulletin will tell.
 
hey guys, maybe you can help me. heres the deal. my mum is indian citizen as i said, and we live in africa. so we got letter of approval for the i-130 filed for my mother. and u know how the 1st 3 letters on the nvc case number start from city???? well ours is african city not indian. so should we follow the dates for india f4 prefernce category or worldwide f4 preference category?????? pls do help. thnkx
