I am currently on my OPT after completing my MS. The OPT expires July \'02 and I have been admitted for a PhD program in a difft. Univ. starting sept\'02. My Visa stamp during the masters is till 2003.
My question: Do I need to got to my home country(India) to stamp the new F-1 visa or can it be done while in the US?
