F-1 to H-1B Stamping Issues with Incomplete U.S Masters degree

Opening this thread since I couldnt find anything dedicated to this topic, and I believe there are a lot of people out there with the same dilemma as I am in.

My situation is that I was unable to complete my Masters degree (was left with my thesis at the point) and had to start working with a consulting firm in 2002. I've been working since then without a break and have all the proper returns, stubs etc.

1. Can you please share your Stamping experiences if you had to go through a similar situation. It would be great if the consulate and details can be specified as well.
2. What are the options if the Revalidation gets rejected (coming back to the US etc) ?

Thanks in Advance and hope this can be useful to others as well.
