I am on F-1 Visa right now and have obtained EAD a few weeks back. I work for an education institution and they told they would sign the paper work for H-1.
I wanted to start my H-1 processing ASAP but wanted to ask them if they would let me apply for Green Card simultaneously and sign the paperwork.
My question is, is it possible to apply for H-1 and Green Card at a time when I am on F-1 (EAD)!!
