my bf is a US citizen, if we plan to get married, is there any doc. I need get from China when we at the city Hall??

I already pay the tuition as an International student in my college ,do you think they will return part of it after I get my green card?

you will need your birth certificate in order to apply for your GC.

No, the school will not refund any tuition. Moreover, in most states you will not be eligible to pay in-state tuition until a year after you get your GC.
