F-1 status after filing concurrent I140/I485

F-1 status after filing concurrent I140/I485, urgent!!!

dear all:
I filed I485 based on my husband's petition of outstanding researcher while our I-140 is pending. Right now I am holding F-1 visa and will graduate in this coming Dec. My question is:
What's my status right now?
If our concurrent application is denied before Dec., will I be out of status or what can I do?
If our application is denied after Dec., will I be out of status or what can I do?
My husband is H1B.

Did you apply for EAD

along with the 485 application? That should carry you through till december. I dont think I140 approval is going to come before december.
You can always go back to h4 (a quick trip to canada/mexico) if I140 is rejected.
