F-1 , CPT and green card (all in one confusion)

I am in F-1 visa right now and I was having a part-time CPT permission for spring 2007.

I recently received a 40 hour/week job offer in another good company. I am really interested to take this offer, but my school denied a 40 hour CPT and instead gave me part-time CPT again for this new company .

My question is that, if I work full-time in this new company with part-time CPT
permission, will USCIS know that I worked for 40 hours instead of 20 hours ? I am particularly worried because our EB-2 Green card through my husband's employment is in progress. We will be applying for I-140 and I-485 after one or two days.

Will working for 40 hours instead of 20 hours affect our I-485 approval ?

Thank you for replying LucyMo.
My school(international oficers) denied full-time CPT because they said they approve it only in cases where the full-time CPT is absolutely required for doing research or something important for my master's degree.

My department's chairman even wrote a permission letter for me but they didn't agree. :( In my case it was a pure job and nothing that was required to complete the degree.
