travelling for an emergency in 2 days, i have recieved my AP on a emergent basis , but my son(8yrs) AP is in the mail have to transit via toronto and canadian will not issue transit visa without Ap document in hand already travelled to pittsburgh bcis last week and they helped me obtain expedited ap from VSC but my son got approved only on last friday 10/24 and his ap is somewhere in mail
