She told me that my fingerprints were fine, my case did arrive in their mailbox and was assigned to the officer and then put back on the visa-hold shelf on May 2nd pending visa availability. She also wished me all the best to get the green-card soon. This particular IIO will be going to Missouri to work on the implementation of the new laws until mid-June.
