hi everyone - all the great people here
I have gc since oct 2002, in July 2005 I start a new job in canada.(this is a canadian company) I have more than 30 months continuency residence in US from 2002 to 2005. After I went to Canada, in every 3 months, I will go back to US just for the weekend(friday to Sunday) then I will back to canada to work. I am going to apply for citizenship next year July. My questions are: Do I have any big problems on my case? Next year when I file my income tax, I don't have income from US, Should I file the worldwide income tax? If I file, then they will know I am working in canada. Do I have to find a US company that base in canada so that I don't have any problems for tax? My canadian company have office in US, if the company deposit my salary to the US bank, do you think it will help? I do keep an address in U.S such as bank statement, phone bills...etc. I am planning to go back to US and live there when I apply the citizenship. Thanks for all your input!!!
