I submitted an I-140 application as alien of extraordinary ability in 9/27/98 following an O-1 Visa, it was approved 06/08/99
I then petitionned for I-485, Receipt date 06/24/99. No news since then
1. When can I expect to get my Green Card. I read the current receipt date processed was 09/98. has someone later than that been approved?
2. Does classification as alien of extraordinary ability helps in any case? if so for what?
