Hi to all,
I have multiple entries 10 yr B1/B2 US visa. I am currently in the States visiting my family for already 5 months. My family needs some help ( my sister recently found out that is pregnant again with third chiled and they are moving in a new house. They ( she and my brother ) really need some extra help and I would like to stay to help them dealing with the packing and moving and taking care of my nieces since I am already here.
My I-94 is expiring April 13th 2010 and I just found out that is late to apply for extension ( it is suggested to apply for extension at least 1, 5 months before the date on your I-94 ) and in the same time I respect all the forms and laws in this country.
My question is actually asking for an advice. Can you tell me what is the most propriate way to extend my stay? Is it worth applying for extension ?I also read in this forum that many people travel out of the States ( for example Canada) in order to renew the I- 94 .
Thank You in advance,
GG
