Extension of parents visa to take care of me

I am disabled and need constant care for the next several months. The problem is very rare and the treatment is available in the US. I have a 6 month validity on I 94 for my parents. Can I extend it on the basis of them taking care of me?

I would be very careful here. An I-539 adjudicating officer may see your parents stealing an American job, i.e. a health care professional's job.

Triple citizen is correct. There might be special cases for extreme emergencies for short periods, but not for continual care. You might want to go back to your parent's home country for an extended period if possible. In that way you have the comfort of your parents.
