Extension of H1B vs. Advance Parole

Dear all,

I have two questions for H1B person with Employment Adjustment of Status pending:

(1)after obtaining advance parol, will petition and approval of h1B extension terminate the advance parole, before the travel and use the advance parole;

(2) after re-entering America using advance parole, will the peition and approval of h1B extenstion terminate the future use or deny application of advance parole?

NO, H1 extension will not terminate your AP, one can be on H1 can extend H1 and can have also AP and EAD
before the travel and use the advance parole;
------ If you have H1Visa stamped better use H1 Visa or apply H1Visa if any problem in H1 Visa stamp then you can enter on AP and you still can be on H1 if you are working for the SAME employer who filed your latest H1, you can also extend H1 after entry with AP
