Extension of B2 causing any problem?

Dear all, appreciate if the following questions can be answered:

My status:
- Married to a permanent resident (we now live in US), he has not filed a petition for me.
- I am holding B2 visa in US, in June will the 6 months grant is due.

My plan and question:
- If I apply for an extension of B2 and if I got denied, will there be any problem in my application for later status (like F1, greencard?)
- If I plan to apply for F1, is it that I have to go back to my home country to apply. If so, can I said that I have no relative in US, as we are married in our home country, can INS trace that I have a husband in US?
- DO you advise me to say the truth or not (have a husband in US)? I have not been filed yet, is this a good indication to INS that I have no intention to immigrate to US?

There are still 2 questions, thanks for further attention:

- Can my husband now file I-130 and I-485 at the same time for me?
- If permitted to do the above, can I stay in US while the I-485 is pending?
