If you have filed for an extension and your current H1B has expired then
1. Are you in status
2. are you allowed to work
3. Can you travel to Canada or India
PS : I140/I485 has been filed concurrently on the 24th of Sep and have got the receipt no for I140
Pls respond, your help will be highly appreciated!!
