Please I need help urgently.
I applied for my mother in law's extension for next 5 months from the original I-94, because my wife had an accident and my mother in law was taking care of my wife. Here is the information.
Original I-94 expiration: 9/1/2007
I-539 applied: 8/15/2007
I-539 approved: 2/14/2008
New I-94 expiration: 2/1/2008
We were waiting for the approval to get the new I-94 so that we appliy for another extension. We have all the paper work and recommandation letter from the doctors saying that she needs help at home. Please advice what should we do now, since the new I-94 date has already expired. We recieved the letter today. Should we apply for another extension. Will this effects my mother in laws future entries in the country. Thanks.
