My B1 visa is valid for a year. I am in the U.S for a 2 months project which will end this month end. My I-94 expires on 06/28 /05. I want to extend my stay for 2 more weeks.
To apply for an I-94 extension what papers do I need to file? If my company doesn't extend my contract ,I cannot get any papers from them . In this case what documents do I need to file? I am planning to stay at my sister's place after the contract ends. Do I need a sponsor/invitation letter from her saying that she'll cover my living expenses etc...
