i'm doing my masters in Nuclear Engineering and will be finishing in March. I have been accepted for my Ph.D , but my visa expires in July 2005. I'm attending a conference in Canada in february and will be there for a week. My question is is it possible to extend my visa in Canada? Being in nuclear Engineering will there be a problem? Is Canada or India a better option? Has anybody renewed/extended their F1 recently? I do have full grant support for my studies. Any suggestions will be really appreciated.
