I am a permanent resident of Canada.
When I was 10 years old, I came to U.S. on a visitor visa from India with my parents. I finished my school and bachelors degree college in U.S.
In 2005, we got a permanent resident card in Canada and we all moved to Canada.
I want to do my M.B.A in U.S and want to come back. But since I overstayed in the U.S. when I was studying, how will that effect my visa. Even though I was too young to understand any of the immigration issues at that time.
My college is ready to sponsor me on F1 student visa but will I get it??? I have heard they put a bar for 10 years and I will not be able to go to U.S. for 10 years??
Please help..
