extended h4 travel and stamping

hello,i am currently on h4 visa.my husband changed his employer from companyA to companyB.my husband and i have recieved the new petition approved from the uscis and we both have our new separate I-797 and I-94 cards.i want to travel to india in dec and i am planning to stamp my visa in the mumbai consulate but my husband wont be joining me.will the officer stamp my new extended h4 visa without my husband`s new h1 visa bieng stamped in his passport,are there any chances of rejection?
 
You should have no problems as long as you have the new documents. This is a common occurrance to have dependent travel and need visa stampping while primary is working.
