Thanks for bringing it to our attentions. I will be watching CNN tonight to see what he has to say this time. The topic is specifically about illegal immigration but knowing how dysfunctional the immigration law is, anyone can become illegal (or unlawfully present) here just by sneezing or sleeping in too late.

Exporting America was on Friday evening, 11/14/03. The program was similar to the one he aired back in May'03; it's about the how corps such as Microsoft, ORACLE, CISCO, etc have abused the H-1B program to displaced American workers but this one has H-1B song played in it. Wonder who the composer is :D

Interesting that it was about H-1B since the synopsis babbled about hotel workers and what companies do to get legal workers. I thought that was part of the I-9 process although it seems a lot of HR ppl don't know a EAD or GC from a cocktail napkin.

The one you're talking about is the topic right after 'Exporting America'. For some reasons that program is not even listed on that website anymore and needless to say the transcript itself.

Anyway, my point is this : Lou Dobbs is not the only one, there are some other news stations that talked about it again and again and again... in the past. The program did mention, however, that angry American high-tech workers who lost their jobs due to H-1B visas are grouping together now and start bringing this matter to their congressmen.

And my concern is this :
Are we, the future green card holders who are mostly high-tech workers, headed towards the mainstream which is going against us ?
