You can use the remaining years if you get laid-off before you get your GC [2] If you have a spouse, (s)he can work anyplace (s)he chooses to. [3] It is now one of the ID\'s you can show for any of the next stages for GC process [4] You cannot leave your company to work elsewhere because you have an EAD. Hope that helps
