Expiry of Visa Numbers

Hi,
I Got an RFE for 485 and I replied with documents on June15,
It is known that Visa number are going to be expired by July 1 and with 3 days left in this month can I know how can react to push my file,
If I don't get any reply in this month does it mean I need to wait till October
OR they might have some numbers in their hand to clear all the cases that got RFE,
Please share your ideas.

If you filed under EB3 and you do not get approved by the end of the day on Thursday, you will unfortunately need to wait at least until Oct 1st (assuming that all dates go back to Current by then.)

who knows how they work, if the visa numbers are allotted per quarter then by no means it should be unavailable before the 4th quarter starts(july - sept)
