I got my H1B extension done and planning to get visa revalidation in Delhi. My six year stay in US will expire in aug 2006. Due to clerical error of my lawyer and oversight by USCIS , I got an extension till Nov 2006.
Now please advise if this is okay and should I mention this to the counseler. My attorney has filed a correction h1b petition ( which is same as refiling and will take 3-4 months ) but I have to travel this week to india.
I will take the I129 from new filing along with me but still debating if I should mention the issue or not.
Advise please ?? My attorney is clueless on this issue.
