My H1 is expiring in September and it looks like my company, who initially was going to help sponsor me, does not appear to want to through the process anymore. What do I need to do to do this process on my own? Also, I was told that I can add up all the time I spent outside the US while on an H1 to extend my expiration date. Does anyone know about this?
Also, my girlfriend and I are expecting a child this summer and have talked about getting married before the baby arrives. How does this factor in with my H1 expiring in Sept 2010? Hope the forum can provide some good information.
