Expiring Everything - Please advise on Travel

Hello,

My 6 year H1 is expiring in April, 2006.
My I-94 has the last date in April, 2006.
My Current EAD expiring in first week of May 2006
My AP is expiring too in the first week of May.

Applied for EAD/AP renewals and EAD approved. So no problem with the employment. Waiting for AP and hope it will get approved soon.

My Employer filed for H1 extension for the 7th year recently. Likely to get approved in 3 or 4 months.

Going to India in the last week of May, 2006.

Question:
What should I use to enter back to USA.
If I use Advance Parole, does it jeopardize my H1 7th year extension application?
Is there any documents that I can get from employer/lawyer relating to H1 extension and use that to reenter?

Please advise. What are my options.

While re-entering you should have either a Valid H1 visa stamped in your pp or AP. Once you use your AP, your H1 has follwing meaning from there!!!!
3. If an H-1 or L-1 nonimmigrant has traveled abroad and was paroled into the United States via advance parole, the alien is accordingly in parole status. Does this interim rule allow him or her to now apply for an extension of nonimmigrant status?

Until the final rule is published, an alien who was an H-1 or L-1 nonimmigrant, but who was paroled pursuant to a grant of advance parole, may apply for an extension of H-1 or L-1 status, if there is a valid and approved petition. If the Service determines the alien's application for an extension of nonimmigrant status, the decision granting such an extension will have the effect of terminating the grant of parole and admitting the alien in the relevant nonimmigrant classification.-------------------------------------------------------------------------
