Expired Passport - Valid Visa

Hello Everyone,

I am in the following situation:

My passport got expired last June so I got a new one from New York. But my H1B visa is stamped on the expired passport. The visa is good until the end of 2004 and I also have my expired passport attached/stappled with the new one.

I would like to know if it is ok to travel outside the US and come back in this situation (mentioned above)? Could anyone share with me their experience/knowledge.

No problem .. I have the same situation for the last 2 years and I travel every 2 months .. you will have not problems.. at the POE .. they will check u'r visa in the old passport and then attach the I-94 to the new passport
