Expired OPT and I589

When I applied for asylum(Anaheim) in December 2012, I was still in status. My OPT(bachelors) expired on Feb 2013. So, I have 60 days grace period to get an I20 and 150 days to start the class. I am still waiting for my interview date. I tried to inquire but everytime, all I get is " You will be notified before 2 weeks of your interview". My classes start this summer in the last week of May but I am in no condition to study. Financial, physical and mental stress is killing me. I don't even think if I will be able to pay for the college within this week.
1)So, if I don't go to college and get out of status what changes will it bring to my application?

2)If I get approved, then I guess my life is safe and stress free but if I get denied, will I be sent to court or will I get a NOID?

3)Either if I get a NOID or sent to court, will this situation affect me to apply for reinstatement of F1 for this Fall semester?:confused:

I really want to start studying from this fall but I am not getting any option but to start this summer. I would be really greatful if any of you happy soul could enlighten me or show me a path? Im totally lost in the darkness of my problems. :(

If your case is STRONG,
just go out of status,
this way, if they reject you,
you can still have second chance at the court.
and 6 months from the date your application received by USCIS,
you can apply for work permit, so can get money for your legal cost.

otherwise, if they reject you with NOID, most likely you will be rejected anyway,
and then you will not have any chance to open the same case unless
you had NEW evidence.

some people will suggest you to keep your status, but that most likely mean
you will have to became student forever to stay here,
or you have to fall in love and marry US Citizen so you can became US Citizen by marriage...

but if you ask me, I will go out of status because I will not apply for asylum
unless I have a strong case, and if I have a strong case I got to be confident that
my case will be approved either by Asylum office or by Judge or by Appeal or if I have to,
I will take it all the way to the supreme court !

How about you?
Do NOT hesitate, be Confident, stay FOCUS on the asylum case (school will distract you), be Prepared,
and finally
Who Dares Win !

He has a strong case!

yeah, but in my case, the interview is done and in this one, he/she is still waiting for the interview date.
Anyway thanks a lot !

If my case is pending here in CA, can I go to work in New Jersey just for the summer or I need to be in CA all the time?
Its just for the summer.
I will be eligible to file for work permit on June so will I have any trouble travelling before that in flight or anything?

My opinion: Stay where you are and wait until everything is done! Dont go to NJ!
