Expired L1B now on I485 pending - can I use AC21?

My L1B expired last year and I'm on I-485 pending using EAD and AP. Can I take advantage of AC21 and change my job after I485 pending for 180 days? I heard that L1 is not portable under AC21. Is it still true for my case? Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks guys.

I'm on EB3. I140 was approved in 2007.

Then you're certainly fine. Your prior non-immigrant status has no bearing on your AC21 eligibility.
