I would like to know, whether the existing old I-94 will be removed from my passort when i visit canada or not?.

I do not have personal experience with such a situation. This is what I have read on this forum elsewhere:
For short trips to Canada, you do not give I-94 to the airlines and while returning also, you do not get a new I-94.

BTW, if you see your new I-94, it has the same number as your old I-94. So even if you remove your old I-94 from your passport and attach new one, it is not much different. Better attach both I-94 in you PP.

Search in the forum and you will find more info on such situation.
